| The
service is a function of Corporate IT Services out-posted
to the Education and Libraries directorate. It is dedicated
to the provision of ICT support services to schools, the
LEA and the Library Service. Support services are traded
on an annual subscription basis and are managed through
specific Service Level Agreements. Training is paid for
as used. Schools can opt for support for Management and
Admin systems and/or support for curriculum systems, both
are underpinned by help-desk support. |
